The JavaRanch Bunkhouse is a great place to start to find books on such subjects.

There you will find not only lists of books on various Java and web-related subjects, but expert reviews of these books.

Take a look!

You can start with Marty Hall's book CoreSevlets and Java Server pages

Even Head First Servlets and JSP is a Excellent book.

Other than these you can refer to Oreill'y s servlet Book

HAPPY LEARNING
