2.how to convert the string given by Application context to object?
3.context has to be initialized before other parts of application get intialized who will initialize it?

Sometime you need some objects to be accessed by through out the scope of application , like the the map which stores the currently logged in user . This map object can be placed in context scope!

Do you want to said an object returned by context , then there is no need to convert it , by default its an Object type

Yes , It is initialized before other resources , and container initialized this for you!
