MD is a !SPAZ zone. While the meaningless of one's entries is assured simply by coming here, the essence of drivel is not a free-for-all. What you say may be absurd, goofy, flippant, oafish, trite, dense, dry, daffy, unnerving, self-serving, undeserving, Julius Erving, puckish, bookish, peckish, wry, ditzy, tautological, ontological, philological, scatological, humble, loyal, helpful, friendly, courteous, kind, obedient, cheerful, thrifty, brave, clean, or reverent. But giddily obnoxious is right out. [This message has been edited by Michael Ernest (edited December 28, 2001).]

I humbly submit that all my entries on JavaRanch are organic products, generated by an on-board, proprietary set of utilities that have been refined over decades of development. Neither is any googling used, much less required, in my campaigns against certain uppity markup zealots. :P

"Uppity markup zealots" is a metonymy, a rhetorical device that is used by ontological thinkers, predominantly those fled their doctoral studies in literature, as a substitute for a substantial argument. [This message has been edited by Mapraputa Is (edited December 28, 2001).]
