clear cache servlet

if i do :
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-cache");
response.setHeader("Cache-Control","no-store");
response.setHeader("Pragma","no-cache");
response.setDateHeader ("Expires", 0);
will it effect any hidden data or it will it cause any side efects in application?
