Can anybody recommen good date utlities in
java
as aI find using the gregarian calendar class pretty painfule. For example I want o subtract two dates in different formats etc etc. Is ther anything alreday written out there whihc one can use??

Y do u want to subtract date?is it to find the number of days between two dates?

I haven't used it, but have seen it recommended elsewhere (forum.java.sun.com), Joda Time:
