is there any java program to find out the load factor
load factor depends on memory , cpu usage etc etc.
or how will u calculate load factor of a server is there any general formula

Not that I'm aware of. Of course, there are the Runtime methods freeMemory() and totalMemory(), but those only give a portion of the picture you're looking for. Since this sort of info is very platform-specific, you probably need to query the OS using Runtime exec() and an appropriate command to the OS. Good luck...
