To Expert:
Does anyone know why I am receiving the following warning:
Note: C:\JavaPro\HTML\Applet\ uses or overrides a deprecated API. Recompile with "-deprecation" for details.

I am not sure what a deprecated API is.

It means that you are using a method(s) that is no longer supported. It may go away in the next release so follow the instructions and recompile. The API will tell you what methods replaced the one(s) in question.

do what it says. Recompile using
>javac -deprecation
and it will tell you what method of what object is the offender.
