I can't get Forte CE to see javax.ejb.*. If I write a very simple class with the line "import javax.ejb.*;" and compile it from the commandline it works. Forte says that it cannot find javax.ejb.
I have reinstalled all compenets, installed j2sdkee into the JDK1.3.1 directory and separately. Set all of the env var that are required, mounted the j2ee.jar in the filesystems area of the IDE.
What am I missing? Has anyone else had the problem? What does everyone else use to compile J2EE classes?
This is severly holding me back at the moment.
Please help!

I can give you a better answer later when I can open Forte up and see how to do this, but for now I'll tell you that you need to go to Options and then select Fast Javac and append the jar file to the end of the classpath.

Hi
Fixed the problem with the help of the SUN forum. I had to update the parser database by mounting J2EE.JAR in the filesystems area and right mouse clicking and selecting tolls, update parser database.
Thanks all the same.
