How to display values in Local Language

Want to show values on screen in Local Language (exp: Hindi spoken in India) which will be insertd and retrieved from database.
How to show,insert and retrieve local language values.

Write a ResourceBundle implementation backed by a database, in the same way that the PropertyResourceBundle implementation is backed by a bunch of properties files.
