PS: Are you just talking about pulling up an MSWord document "report" that was created elsewhere and showing it to the user?
Runtime.getRuntime().exec("c:\\Program Files\\whereever\\Winword.exe report.doc");
This will bring up the report - allow it to be edited and printed etc.

Doesn't the Crystal Report tool allow for print preview itself? I am obviously not familiar with it.
