Hi there y'all,
I have been tying to use the GregorianCalendar and the Calendar class and they seem very confusing, I create a new GregorianCalendar object, but it does not seem as if it is created and set to the current day and time. Does anyone know of any decent documentation on the use of this class? the javadocs are terrible for explaining how to use the class. For example which is a the first day of the week, Sunday??? Monday??? in my testing none of ot seems to make any sense. It's wednesday, I create a Calendar object and return the DAY_OF_WEEK field and I get 7 ???
any help appreciated.
thanks in advance
