during installation of Java packages JDK(j2sdk-1_3_1_01-win.exe), JRE, J2EE? Is it possible to configure and run java/javac from CD? PS. The question is connected to a big amount of PCs in big or public organizations, that do not have java and have restrictions on installations.

See my response here. As far as I know, if a machine has restrictions on installations and will not allow a Java Plugin to be installed, then you just will not be able to use that machine for Java Applets.
