Could anyone please help me in representing my data in barchart form using Java, which calsses can I use for that.

Well, the easiest way probably to use an existing charting/graphics library. There's a bunch of them at
If you want to make your own, than you can
either use java.awt.Canvas or make your own
Barchart object extending JComponent.
