What do you mean by "support"? Windows does not ship with any java higher than 1.1.8 (or whatever). However there are Windows versions of the JRE that are available for all released versions of Java.
IBM has an AIX SDK 1.4 - A beta version of IBM's AIX port of Java 2 SDK, Standard Edition, Version 1.4.0.
