Hi folks, please enlighten me with the meaning of bytecode verfication?
Or show me where to look for it.
Thanks!

Bytecode Verification is basically a process that ensures your program(s) will execute correctly. It checks for things like:
- array boundaries
- variable scope
- execution cannot fall off the end of the code
- etc...
The -noverify option turns that off.
For more information, visit:
Java Virtual Machine Specification: http://java.sun.com/docs/books/vmspec/index.html
- OR - the section that deals specifically with the bytecode verifier
