Teaching poetry at some liberal arts college; reading my own stuff and playing guitar in coffeehouses to cover the bills; listening to baseball on the radio; getting laid on a Saturday morning while camping under a stand of eucalyptus; taking Sunday naps on the funnies under the bay window. I just need to learn how to play a guitar and get me one of them there bay winders. Then I need a place where people go for that kind of life. California sure isn't it.
