how to implement single thread implementation in core java without using single thread model interface.

I assume you mean the servlet single thread model? I'd guess the only way to make that work is to implement the single thread interface. That interface exists only to tell the servlet container to use the single thread model. If you have tricker requirements than that, mosey up to the Servlet forum where the real servlet experts hang out and ask again.
