Is there any api or library to create rss feeds ?

John,
An RSS feed is nothing more than an XML document conforming to a specific DTD. So, you can use the JAXP API to do whatever you'd like with it. If you wanted something more high-level, you could always google it and see what comes up.

do you know a good tutorial how to create these feeds ? (I want to create my own blog)
