Hi all, just wondering how much coffee do you drink everyday and how many hours of sleep do you get everynight?....i drink almost 3 cups of coffee...and manage to sleep for average 5.5 hours everynight. ...i dont think it is enough sleep. regards.
I drink 1 to 2 cups of coffee a day and get about 6 to 7 hours of sleep. When I got into work this morning, the coffee pot was broken, and have you ever been around people who can't get their coffee in the morning? They are as bad as someone trying to quite smoking. Except these people are not trying to do anything, they are being deprived and want everyone to know!
I drink about a pot of coffee a day. Technically that's like 10-12 cups, but those must be European sized cups because I only get 6 actual coffee-cups full a day. Give or take. Sleep - depends on what I'm doing during the day or week. On a bad night, it might only be 3 hours. On a good night, 8.

I used to wonder about that too, I'm fairly sure they mean a literal 8 ounce cup. Although I've seen some that look like they are talking about 6 ounce cups - so who really knows. I drink 2 or 3 cups of coffee in the am (normal sized) then switch to coke for the afternoon. I'll ususally have another cup of coffee at night whie relaxing at home. Sleep, on the averge about 5 1/2 to 6 1/2 hours a night on weeknights - about 8 or 9 on weekends.
Week-day coffee: 1 huge mug in morning, and 1 right after lunch. Any later than that and I'm too wired later. Week-day sleep cycle: 6 to 6.5 hours Week-end coffee: 1 freshly ground mug of somethinkg like Kona in morning Week-end sleep cycle: 9 to 12 hours, if I can get away with it bear
It might be important to realize that in Europe, the "cup" is not a standard unit of measure. It's common for us to be a bit baffled when we see "half a cup of sugar" in an American recipe. Esppecially as we usually measure things like flour and sugar by weight, not volume. Most actual coffee mugs here in Britain are about half a pint. That's an "imperial" pint, of course. An imperial pint is 20 fluid ounces, so half a pint would be wquivalent to what you would call 10 oz, I guess. Teacups are usually smaller than mugs, but vary a lot. However, it's a peculiar thing about coffee pots, that they are always seem to be rated in terms of those little "espresso" cups, which are about half a regular mug, or somewhere around 5 oz.

Man, so that's why it's impossible to drive at peak hours... Economy of hard-working, caffeinated and underslept people Though I have a few laughs, like when I see Toyota Echo on my Integra tail going 90mph and honking me to let 'em go faster Maybe some should ease up on caffeine, it's bad for ya. Yeah, right, I tried applying that to my girlfriend, and had to let her "wire" back after a few days for sheer scare for my life  Shura
