Of all the pet peeves I have acquired over the years, the greatest has to be patronizing or downright idiotic commercials. Having been a captive to TV some thirty-five years, the litany of such fare continues to expand. But by far, in all those years, the little Steve bastard Dell commercials have got to be the ones that may have the greatest potential for driving me over the edge. I've been a faithful Dell customer, both corporate and home, for years. But I swear if I have to see much more of that little (add your own degrading name here) neither my company nor my family will ever buy anything from Dell again!! Michael Morris

I would have to go with the "Can you here me now." That got old the first time. Now 800 commercials later....

There's an old discussion of tv ads here. I still hate that Billy Mays guy. On the flip side, I found the new Imodium ads quite funny.
