The new jdbc rowsets look interesting....are they covered in the book?

Richard,
The book doesn't cover any JDBC changes. Rowsets were added in 1.4 though. In 1.5 they added:
- cached rowsets/disconnected data
- web rowset
- SQL 2003
- performance improvments
- better date types
- XML data type
- Xquery support

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
