Anyone have statistics or news articles about how countries or terrorist groups have the capability to attack the USA via computer hacking? I am looking for threat analysis.

Few months back I was watching a program in Discovery channel about cyber terrorism. There was documentary about Citi Bank that they were not able to find the person who transfered $ 10 billion from their bank to a bank in germany and has taken all the money out. After tracking that person for months they found that all this was done by a person who belongs to Russia (Moscow) so they contacted the telecom department of russia and held that person. After interrogating that person they found that he was actually a programmer and was doing a job for terrorist group just for $ 10 a day as he was unemployed.

That is what we call a cost-effective programmer

Thank you. Do you recommend a specific area of http://www.infowar.com/ ? I see Hacker Musings, and such. I am having trouble finding things which assist with the Threat Analysis. Thanks.
