I need to be able to talk continuously for 15 minutes to improve relationships. I love you, I love my friends, I love my family. I need to be able to talk for 15 minutes, than increase to 20 minutes, to 25 minutes, to 30 minutes, to 35 minutes, I love you , I love my friends, I love my family, then to 40 minutes, to 45 minutes, to 50 minutes, to 55 minutes,........

Interesting. It reminds me a heuristics rule how to figure when to stop (drinking, I mean). Typically they use one's mother-in-law photo, as soon as you started to like her, it's time to stop. But if you are not married, I guess your boss' photo may work also...

Other than talking for 55 minutes how to improve relationship? What are they?

I think 15 minutes of talking too Johnson Chong would not be a way to improve your relationship with him.
