Hi, Im trying to pass this link "http://192.168.1.194/mamut/offerLists/handOffers/SPL0000164/images/getstart.gif
" as an argument to URI constructor, but it prints "java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: URI scheme is not "file"
". What I'm doing wrong?

Can you access that URI in a web browser from the same machine you're running the code on? Maybe you should post the exact code that's generating this exception...
