Is there any free
library avaiable for "Secure FTP". i have searched the net but i am unable to find any free library.

I think that "Secure FTP" is usuaually implemented on top of SSH. Perhaps you should look for an SSH library that also include "Secure FTP". At the very least, it shouldn't be too difficult to add "Secure FTP" to an existing SSH library.
