Hee hee. "Funny," said the guy everyone thinks must be a Democrat.
I think the point's been made that when people laugh at themselves, it's a healthy sign they don't take themselves too seriously. When other people laugh at them, it's mean-spirited humiliation and disrespect and there will be no peace until apologies are issued and the offenders are beaten down with self-righteous outrage.

Michael,
I found it funny. And I thought Id share it. IMHO its better than the "Outsourcing / Country X is better than Country Y / All muslims are terrorists" crap thats been floating about the forums the last few weeks.
And I'll stand by that. And if you want to gather a few of your friends to beat me down with self-righteous outrage, feel free. Heck I'll even give you an address with a postcode if you want to put a spare "Predator" to good use.
You cant please everyone all of the time. But maybe sometimes youve got to offend someone to make them realise that maybe theyre taking themselves too seriously.
Best Regards,
Mark.

Mine was a facetious comment, of course. Too bad for them if they can't take a joke. Keep 'em rolling and I don't care who the butt of it is, as long as it's funny.

Sooo....
Let me get this straight.
I said:
"Dude! Youre taking things too seriously! Chill out!"
And then you said:
"No! Dude! Youre taking things too seriously! Chill out!"
Is there a touch of irony in there? Have we brought the highest form of wit to Miscellaneous Drivel?
Quick, bottle it before it escapes! We can sell it and make a mint!

The height of overwrought irony is when no one is sure if you meant what you said, or its opposite, or both.
But this was fun.

Mark, I guess you missed one option in your choices. There should be another one --- "ask my daddy and mom"

http://www.snopes.com had a comment on that picture. Bill Clinton was photographed almost exactly the same way at the Korea DMZ. It's a common error. Some one hands a pair of binoculars, you lift them to your face, and when you look through them you realize that the covers are on. Do you really think Bush is so stupid he would stand there staring at nothing?

No, I truly believe that with in a fraction of second he had realized that covers were on.
I am prasing the photographer who took the picture in fraction of second

If only someone had thought to put fresh ink on the eyepieces, THEN we would have had a righteous photo.
