Please help!! I have been trying to see a solution to this for days, and every time I think I have a solution something goes wrong.

I am basically trying to write a mamager class that will allow a user to add, delete and search for a borrower, as defined in a Borrower and BorrowerList class. The only problem is that I'm really struggling with the implementation of this in the BorrowerListManager class. So far I have the following code,

1. Borrower class,

2. BorrowerList class,

3. BorrowerListManager class,

Any help or advice would be gratefully appreciated!!

What goes wrong with your program? What sort of error messages, exceptions, or mistakes do you get from it?
If you get an error message, that's a syntax error; you get a line number with it, but be very careful to look before the place it says the error is; many error messages are actually after wherever the real mistake is.
For an exception, go through the stack trace and you should find a line number somewhere. There are about three exceptions which you must sort out, because the represent mistakes you have made in the programming,
  • NullPointerException
  • SomethingIndexOutOfBoundsException
  • and ICantRememberWhatTheOtherExceptionIsSorry.

  • If you aren't a beginner any more you ought to know about "out of bounds" exceptions.
I posted about two weeks ago on the beginners' forum about how I try to deal with NullPointerExceptions.

Is that any help? Or am I simply wasting Internet space?
    I agree. Here's the link:
