How should i run command line sources from any java editors?

That entirely depends on the editor. I use UltraEdit-32 - it has a menu option to configure command line tools as menu items - I use them to start ANT tasks rather than directly execute another program due to the flexibility ANT provides.

You will have to dig into your editor's docs.
