Hi, Im trying to make sure a server ap can handle arabic characters. it basicly takes an emailed input and does some calculations, a mesage in the email is stored in a string and is then output to a pdf using itext. I don know much about fonts and charsets so I wouldnt know where to start in checking this. The only thing I can think of is changing the language on the server ap somehow.

any thoughts?

Java uses Unicode for everything, so if your program works with english text there is no reason why it shouldn't work with arabic text.
