Why not?

Try going back to J2SE5.0. See whether it works there. If you really really think it is a bug (most of these things aren't) you ought to report it. That is the point of having "beta" in a system, to find bugs.

Did you check hs_err_pid3496.log ?

Actually I used jsk 1.5/as well as 1.6 both giving same type of error.

Its a bug I know but how to get out the solution for it.

Is this a pure Java application or are there native code libraries involved? I have been having a horrible time with trying to execute PHP code that uses lots of native libraries which let things like null pointers slip through.

This is not error from native code ....Its purely from java code .Do u need code?
