Marilyn, Don't worry about any delays! The last nitpick you sent me had a time of 2:11am ... I'm not in that much of a hurry! Apologies for creating so much work with 1.4 ... and I still haven't got it Jane
Jane, just so you know, I think it took me 7 or 8 tries to get by number 4. I think that is one of the toughest. Most of the ones after that I have finished in two or a couple of times one try. I can't wait to get to the Servlet assignments. Bill
Yes, definitely thank you, Marilyn. The Cattle Drive is exactly what I have been looking for in terms of learning Java. I took a Sun class on the language basics, but didn't have much of an opportunity to apply my newly gained knowledge in the workplace. This kind of directed study is great. This forum is also an excellent way to learn from your peers. I made it through 1a without a nitpick! Woo hoo! (But from the looks of it, the Say assignment will more than make up for it.) Keep up the good work!
Marilyn -- I sent in assignment 1a about a week ago -- is this sitting waiting to be nit-picked or was it not received? Is there some particular subject line we should use for the assignments? Thanks Bruce.

Thanks for checking, Bruce. Generally, if you don't hear back in a day or two, it's best to follow up. You should have a response shortly.
Any subject line will do as long as it gives the nitpicker a clue which assignment it is. [This message has been edited by Marilyn deQueiroz (edited February 26, 2001).]
