How can I call a url like

http://localhost:8080/MyAppName/Myjsp.jsp

from a stand alone application ??

please let me know if any body know

One doesn't normally speak of "calling" a URL. Typically, one connects to a particular type of service at a particular URL, then maybe sends and/or receives some data.

What do you actually want to do with the URL? I see it is a JSP. Do you want to read the content of the JSP into your application as HTML text? Or do you want to display the page in a Web browser? Or something else...?
