Please use the code tags only to post Java source code, and not around your message text - that makes your post very hard to read. I don't think there is a solution in Java to stop Internet Explorer from displaying the yellow bar. The yellow bar is a security measure, and if there was a way to circumvent it then the security would be seriously broken... Perhaps Internet Explorer has some security settings where you can specify that certain websites (such as your web application) should always be trusted.
