How can we store data in the form of keyvalue pairs wihtout using any collection framework ?

Various options exist, most/all of which would use arrays.

But what is your aim here? What's wrong with using the collections framework?

Is it homework? If so, I hope you won't get an answer without first showing that you have made an attempt at a solution - we're happy to help but not to give you answers you can blindly copy into your homework.
