Anyone know where there is sample code or a tutorial on how to develop an app to connect to FaceBook to upload pictures?

What i'm trying to do is:
- create a class to log in to FaceBook using a user name and password
- upload a picture to my face book account

but it seems like you have to go to the facebook website to log in the whole time and i want to log in automatically via code

any help with this would be brilliant

Thanks in advance
