XML Parsing Error: xml processing instruction not at start of external entity
Line Number 4, Column 1:<?xml version = '1.0' encoding = 'ISO-8859-1'?>
^
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

This is the Error i am getting when an application is opened in Mozilla FireFox, which is working well in Internet Explorer..

Could you please tell what the problem is and what may be the restrictions for an application to work both in IE and Firefox....

Thanks.

I was going to say that it must that IE is being lenient about what is valid XML and to check the XML that is being produced, but after a quick google came up with this link which suggests it could be that paths to css files aren't correct ..

any help ?
