In a clustered environment, how do we sync files that are written in the application usage.

I have a web app that resides in a clustered WAS 5.1 (3 servers).
In the a certain jsp ,I write values to a file..

but the problem is that these values are written to the the server which is servicing the request at the moment..

how can i sync the the application??

With a little knowledge, a cast iron skillet is non-stick and lasts a lifetime.
