Well, it's JEE now, not J2EE .. Also, JEE and .Net are competitors, I don't think they'll ever "integrate"

That said, have a look at J# - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J_Sharp
It is Microsoft's attempt to "ease transition" (read: lure people) from JEE to .Net.
