There is rarely an absolute "best" for anything. This may help you select one.

I have seen that page before. But the problem is I don't know much about C language. Aren't there any examples in JAVA? I can't use the C codes in JAVA directly, can I?

I don't know much about C language.

The page explains the logic first and then gives a code sample in C. If you understand the logic, you can implement the same in Java.
The intention is to learn the algorithm rite?
