Plugins to Monitor

I need to monitor
JVM Memory Usage
Server response time
Metrics for all web applications
Thread Pools or JDBC Connectivity pools

The value of these parameters have to be saved in a flat file
Which API's should I use to monitor the above ?
Please help.
