I Love you Mom! I suspect Mother's Day is actually women's day in the US. So not be surprised if a 50-year old guy say "Happy Mother's Day!" to a 24-year old girl.

Does this conversation remind you of Norman Bates?

Its was my mother's birthday yesterday. In Korea 8 May is parents day, also a national holiday. Mother's day in the UK is in March on the last Sunday. I don't know why I'm telling you this...

In certain inner city areas I think there is a Mutha Fucka day, but as for as I know, no day set aside just for women in general.

Somehow that is not how I feel when I go home after a 10 hour work day, and start in on dinner, dishes and laundry  .

Oh you mean the guy that is working overtime at his job, work 20 hours/week at a second job and is building our house and Landscaping it? Actually I usually bring Steve his dinner cause he is so tired for some strange reason . He actually TALKED about giving up the second job. However he really DOES like to spend money, so . . . . we will see. Lucky for me he often spends that money on ME.

GEE, and I thought I was being a good husband for getting the kids off to school in the morning and doing most of the cooking. I'll shut up now.
