A "modal" window ________.
. can not be resized or minimized.
. can not remain open if its parent window is closed
. is always in front in an application
. is pre-defined to perform a specific function, such as a
fileopen dialog box
. has no title and is a fixed size

ur answer is not quite clear to me.my question was which of the following options would clearly define about a modal window. am i allowed to post mock xam questions in this forum.

If you have a question about a mock exam question it might be better off in the Programmers Certification Study forum. So i'm going to move it there. You might also want to be specific, let us know that it is a question and tell us what exactly you don't understand.

Sure you are allowed to post mock questions here. I just didn't see the question in the first post. It looked like a statement to me.
All of the statements are true except the last one. Modal windows are dialogs and use JOptionPane. They have titles.
