Assuming you mean a full implementation and not a mini version like the KVM (anyone have stats on its footprint?), but the version on the (shameless plug, but I'm not affiliated ) Dallas Java Computer can run with 512k total (OS, 'hard drive' and RAM, as it were) Dave.
