JDK1.3 installation within windows 2000 advance server

Hi, guys
I install windows 2000 advance server in my computer(in G . then I nstall jdk1.3.(in the E Windows2000 is in G: and jdk1.3 is in E: I set path e:\jdk1.3\bin; classpath e:\jdk1.3\lib; in g: but I canot compile anything. It gives me error"'javac' is not recognized as an internal or external command,operable program or batch file." I do not know Why. Please give me big hands. Thanks! Ellen

I'd trade in my Windows for a nice linux distribution if I were you.
I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to
run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
