Thanks really very much for your suggestion Cindy Glass. This really helped and solved the question. Further there is also one thing to add in the above program. Could anybody further describe the following lines more clearly: The output of the above table should be 13 columns. The first line of output will be the column headings, the first column with no heading then the numbers 1 to 12 for the remaining columns. The first item in each of the succeeding lines of the row heading which ranges from 1 to 12. Thanks in advance Rashid Ali
