Sadaf,
Not 100% sure what your asking but on the off chance that it concerns how much memory an object can take; the answer is as much as it needs and can have based on the physical memory limitations of the system.
A reference to an object has a defined size that is equal to the size required to store the 'memory address' for the object ie 32-bit or 64-bit.

Do you want to ask that how much memory it takes, when we create an object, i'm also looking for this question's answer. I've heard that this thing has been discussed on this forum before, so Cindy can u please help and give me the link of previous discussion about object's memory size, when it is created.
