hello, how can i send a file from my server to a client ??? i try with urls i try it with streams but it dont work excuse my bad english i�ve got a client that tells the server to send a file but eigther the compiler tells me that theres a f**** method hge dont understand or something else please help me.....

For file transfer, I find the best way is with sockets. What I mean in more detail is, the clients has the control of what they want to do. The server has two processes running on two different ports, like someone waiting at the door for you.

Yeah you are right. Thats why we all have lots of those books. This should just be for when those books don't make sense, or you just can't FIND the answer in them.
