Hello dear fellows,
I am very impress with this site , when i have a question i just browse the javaranch and always got my answer, but I have a question IS there any site to which people get paid for answering or doing small assignemnts in programming?

There may be, but I don't know of any, and the word "small" would not really apply. If so they would be swamped with folks from this site. Check out the jobs discussion forums for such conversations.
