Well, there are a number of places you might be able to find what you're looking for.
First of all, there are almost always interesting topics in the JavaRanch newsletters.
You could also probably check out the Java General Links and Java Programmer Certification Links to find some more material. Just glancing through, I see links to an Introduction to the Collections Framework and Using Collections with JDK 1.2. These might have some useful materials, as well.
Of course, don't overlook this forum and the programmer certfication forum. Just do a search and I'm sure you'll find lots of threads dealing with Collections.
