please help me for the java error!!

when I use java command to commit a program ,
a error show up:
Error opening registry key 'Software\JavaSoft\Java Runtime Environment'
Error: could not find java.dll
Error: could not find Java 2 Runtime Environment.
I have configure path of the jdk1.3/bin , javahome of jdk1.3,
and classpath of jdk1.3 tool.jar, dt.jar.
what wrong with it???
please help me.

If I were you, I'd probably try to reinstall the Java Runtime Environment (JRE), using one of the packages available from Sun at http://java.sun.com/downloads.html .
